hbajee Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hbajee platform and all services included within it. A user refers to any person who has created an account on hbajee or is using its services.

hbajee is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between us and the user.

By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

To use hbajee's services, users must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age. This service is strictly prohibited for minors.
• Must have the capacity to manage an account independently and must not be subject to any legal incapacity.

• Must operate the account in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of or as a representative of another person.

hbajee may at any time request documents to verify age or identity. Certain account features may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.1 Restrictions

If a user has self-excluded due to a gambling addiction, creating a new account on hbajee during that period is strictly prohibited. Any such account identified will be closed immediately.

Creating a personal account is required to use hbajee's services. Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. hbajee reserves the right to cancel an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, they will be closed and all bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information should not be shared with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For large withdrawals or in certain circumstances, hbajee may request a national identity card or other documents. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the KYC process is not completed.

The following rules apply to financial transactions on hbajee.

4.1 Deposit Methods

hbajee currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that the funds they are depositing come from a fully legitimate source. hbajee reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions and, if necessary, place a hold on funds.

hbajee offers various bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. The relevant terms should always be read before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, wagers totalling ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A bonus may only be used on the account to which it was credited.
• A bonus or any winnings from it cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Low-risk betting using bonus funds (such as placing bets on both sides simultaneously) is not permitted.
• If a bonus is found to be misused, hbajee reserves the right to cancel it.

5.3 VIP Program

hbajee VIP members are divided into three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver and up to 1.0% for Gold, based on net weekly losses. Advancement to a higher tier depends on activity on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hbajee. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Placing artificial bets with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in operating accounts.
• Using any fraudulent techniques or automation on the platform's software.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.

hbajee may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of any fraudulent activity.
• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Breach of the age requirement.
• For any legal or regulatory reason.

Users may also request account closure at any time. It is possible to withdraw legitimate funds before closure.

hbajee provides games and services as an online gaming platform. hbajee bears no responsibility for the following:

• Any loss or inconvenience caused by a user's internet connection or device issues.
• Failure or delays by third-party service providers (such as payment gateways).
• Losses due to technical errors, though an effort will be made to resolve such situations appropriately.
• Financial losses resulting from a user's own actions or decisions.

Playing games and placing bets carries financial risk. Money lost is non-refundable.

hbajee treats the security of users' personal information as a top priority. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what information is collected, how it is stored and when it may be shared with third parties.

All financial transactions and personal data are kept secure using SSL encryption technology. User data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without the user's consent.

If a user feels their gaming habits are getting out of control, they may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. The 21+ age restriction is strictly enforced.

11.1 Disputes Regarding Game Results

If a dispute arises over a game result, a decision will be made after reviewing the relevant server logs and game data. If evidence of a technical error is found, hbajee reserves the right to void or adjust the relevant bet.

hbajee reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes — via a notice on the platform or by email.
